Design Principles: What is a line?

I put my pattern within the glass frames and tried different scales of the pattern to see how much would be visible.

I prefer the smallest scale a lot more than the other to, its more detail and you can see more of the pattern and therefore i think it works better visually and appear more subtle and wearable than the other scales.
